Destinations and charges. Delivery is offered within Italy. Prepared rates are €5.56, or €7.39 to Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia; the applicable charge is shown at checkout for the destination. Delivery is free from €100 in products after discounts. Review the final summary before payment. Checkout must not be used for unsupported destinations.

Preparation and delivery. Orders are prepared after payment is verified. Actual timing depends on availability, carrier and destination; unless another period is agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days of contract conclusion. We contact you if payment requires review or a delay arises. A KTC code is an internal order or parcel reference, not carrier tracking.

Withdrawal. Consumers may notify withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product. Email keytocleanstore@gmail.com with your name, order reference and decision to withdraw; no particular wording is required. Return the goods within a further 14 days after notification. You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form.

Returning goods. Contact us before sending to agree safe packaging and transport appropriate to the product. Do not send opened, damaged or leaking containers without suitable instructions. This precaution does not limit consumer rights.

Costs and condition. For ordinary withdrawal, direct return costs are borne by the consumer unless stated otherwise. Necessary costs for statutory remedies for faulty, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied goods are borne by the seller. Consumers are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Cleaning products are not automatically excluded from withdrawal.

Withdrawal refund. Refunds include the purchase price and statutory standard outbound delivery charge; supplements for a non-standard delivery choice need not be refunded. Refunds are made within 14 days of withdrawal notification and may be withheld until goods or proof of dispatch are received, where permitted. The same payment method is used unless expressly agreed otherwise and without consumer fees.

Damage and conformity. Contact us promptly with your order reference and, if possible, useful photos. Photos assist handling but do not replace or restrict legal rights. Consumers have the statutory conformity guarantee, normally two years from delivery, with remedies and conditions provided by law.

Professional purchases. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not automatically apply to purchases for business purposes. Any specific business or reseller terms must be agreed before ordering.
