Seller and scope. keytoclean.it is operated by Elia Scarafoni under the Key To Clean brand, at the contact details on this page. These terms govern orders placed through an enabled checkout. No paid order is accepted while checkout is unavailable. Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Products. Rust Clean is presented in 100 ml bottles. Read the description, instructions, limitations and warnings before buying. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee identical results: deep corrosion may leave marks. Inside Master Clean is under development and cannot be purchased.

Prices. Rust Clean is displayed at €29.90 per bottle. The amount payable, discounts and delivery charges are shown before placing the order. No undisclosed checkout fees are added. Tax documents follow the regime applicable to the seller; no undisclosed tax is added to the customer’s total.

Ordering and corrections. Guest checkout and optional account access are available. Check quantities, email and delivery address before confirming. Each order receives a unique reference and private viewing page. Request corrections promptly by email using that reference; changes cannot be guaranteed after carrier handover. Payment confirmation is separate from recording an order.

Card payment. When available, payment is completed on Stripe’s protected page. This website does not store full card details or security codes. Confirmation or authentication by the cardholder’s bank may be required. An interrupted payment can be resumed from the order link while valid. Do not pay again if the order is already marked paid.

Available payment methods. New orders are paid by card through Stripe. Bank transfer is not available at checkout. Any previously created bank-transfer order retains the bank details, reference and deadline shown on its receipt; dispatch requires verification of receipt of funds.

Availability. Quantities and prices are checked by the server. Products are reserved for a limited payment period. If availability fails after payment, we contact you to agree a solution or repay amounts due. A payment received after expiry does not automatically trigger shipment. Essential order messages use the supplied email and do not require marketing consent.

Delivery. Delivery is offered within Italy. Charges and conditions appear on Delivery and returns and before payment. Unless another period is agreed, delivery takes place within the statutory limit for distance sales. For consumers, risk of loss or damage transfers on physical possession, subject to statutory exceptions.

Withdrawal and conformity. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery as described on Delivery and returns. Statutory exceptions are not assumed merely because the item is a cleaning product. The legal conformity guarantee remains applicable and is not restricted to seller mistakes.

Support and disputes. Contact keytocleanstore@gmail.com with your order reference. Mandatory consumer protections and competent courts under applicable law remain unaffected. These terms do not require consumers to waive those rights.

Customer account. Accounts are optional and require a verified email. Keep your password private. Edit details and addresses, reset your password and request closure from settings. Completed orders retain their historical details. Google and Apple sign-in, when available, require authorisation from their account holder.

Verified account benefit. The percentage and any validity period are displayed in your account and checkout summary. It applies once to eligible products on the first eligible order after email verification, without newsletter consent and without combining other codes. A previous purchase or used benefit prevents further use. During payment it is reserved for that order; cancellation before payment releases it if still valid. Refunds do not restore it. Existing orders are not recalculated. Free delivery requires €100 in products after discounts.
